Fasihur Rahman is an Indian-born Canadian writer. He is the author of Wings of Destiny: Ziaur Rahman Ansari-A Life, a biography that delves into the life of Ziaur Rahman Ansari (1925-1992), who served as a federal minister in the council of ministers of two Indian prime ministers—Indira Gandhi and Rajiv Gandhi. The book, published in India in July 2018, offers a rare insight into India's political landscape. The book was released at Gulmohar Auditorium, Habitat Centre, New Delhi, on July 28, 2018. The book has been translated into Urdu.

With diverse writing experience, Fasihur Rahman has contributed to newspapers and magazines in India (The Mainstream, The Pioneer, The Hindu, The Indian Express), Canada (Toronto Star, Telegram, and the Independent), and the United Arab Emirates (Khaleej Times). He is currently venturing into the realm of fiction with his debut novel.

His work experience has spanned the industrial, scientific, educational, environmental, and writing domains. Fasihur Rahman's academic journey includes a Master's in Environmental Science from Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John’s, NL.

He has lived in the United Kingdom, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, besides India and Canada. He currently resides in San Jose, California, with his wife and sons, continuing to enrich the literary world with his insights.
