Adrienne Mason

Biography

Adrienne Mason is a Tofino, BC-based writer and editor. She writes books and articles for adults and for children and her work has been published in The Walrus, bioGraphic, Alberta Views, Hakai Magazine, The Tyee, Cottage Life, and more.  She helped launch Hakai Magazine and was its managing editor for almost nine years. She also was managing editor at KNOW: The Science Magazine for Curious Kids. Her most recents books are Whales to the Rescue: How Whales Help Engineer Our Planet (Kids Can Press), and Long Beach Wild (Greystone).
