Michael Melgaard is a Toronto-based author and editor. His debut story collection Pallbearing was published by House of Anansi in 2020. His stories have appeared in Joyland, Bad Nudes, Grain, and elsewhere. He has written essays and criticism for the National Post and Canadian Notes and Queries.
