Laura Nicol is a Toronto-born, BC-raised writer of fiction and non-fiction whose work has appeared in The Malahat Review, The Globe and Mail, Existere and The Sun’s Readers Write. Her first novel for young adults, The Good Girl’s Guide to Anarchy, is forthcoming from Second Story Press in 2027. She holds an MFA in creative writing from UBC and lives, writes and teaches on Treaty 7 territory in Calgary, Alberta.
