Eco-grief: Writing to Heal

HomeWorkshop or Retreat

Event: Mar 14, 2024 | 02:00 AM (EDT)
| Virtual

This 6-week writing session is designed for people coping with grief, anxiety, dread and hopelessness as it relates to the destruction of our precious earth and the climate crisis. By making space for, listening to, and honouring our ecological grief, we can find our way to feeling more resilient, empowered, connected and hopeful.

The course is facilitated by Nadja Lubiw-Hazard, author of the novel The Nap-Away Motel. Nadja is an experienced facilitator, and has provided writing workshops through Firefly Creative Writing, Workman Arts, the Toronto Public Library, The Writers Collective of Canada, and CAMH Collaborative College.
