Biography

Ceilidh Michelle is an author from rural Nova Scotia. Her first novel, Butterflies Zebras Moonbeams, published with Palimpsest Press, was shortlisted for the Hugh MacLennan Award for Fiction. Her second book, a work of nonfiction called Vagabond, was published by Douglas & McIntyre September 2021. Michelle holds an MSc in Creative Writing from University of Edinburgh and a BA in Creative Writing from Concordia University.
