The Little Box of What
Come draw and write together! There will be supplies on hand to light a creative spark in everyone. Colleen Brown will be facilitating an open-ended workshop that introduces techniques in drawing and writing that invite flights of fancy and rich observation. Colleen uses intriguing objects as prompts for writing and drawing that participants can use in their own art and writing practices. The workshop is open to all ages and skill levels.
The Good Neighbour
In this workshop, we will work together to add small gifts and surprises to insert into the books in the library. Add your favourite recipe to a cook book, a drawing into a botanical guide, a new piece to a game or suggest a new character for a book. Your gifts will be found by the next person to sign out the book. Colleen has lots or writing and drawing prompts to light a creative spark! This workshop is open to all ages and skill levels.
