Dawn Miller is the 2024 winner of the Toronto Star Short Story Contest, winner of the 2024 Forge Literary Magazine Flash Fiction Contest, and Best Microfiction 2024 and 2025. Nominated for Best Small Fictions and the Pushcart Prize, her stories can be found in SmokeLong Quarterly, Queen's Quarterly, Fractured Lit, The Cincinnati Review, Room Magazine, Vestal Review, and elsewhere.
She is a graduate of The Humber School of Writers where she received a Letter of Distinction from her mentor, Giller Prize-finalist Marina Endicott.
She is represented by Joanna Rasheed at Ultra Literary in New York and is currently on submission with her debut novel. She lives and writes in Picton, Ontario, Canada.
