Lor Vanden

Biography

Lor has loved words and reading for as long as she can remember. She is a short story writer from Ontario who enjoys writing the kinds of stories she likes to read: funny, interesting, and a little bit speculative. Aside from short stories, she was also the writer, producer, and director of the play "The Five Lives of Colby Carter" at the 2016 Hamilton Fringe Festival, where it went on to win 'Best at Venue'.

In addition to being a writer, she is also en elementary school teacher and mother, two roles that have definitely impacted her writing over the years.
