Biography

Maiden Manzanal-Frank is an international leadership speaker, author, and consultant on strategy and change. She supports purpose-driven organizations and executives develop strategic initiatives that foster impactful leadership and drive systemic change in Canada and internationally.

She is the Bhichai and Khunying Charoye Rattakul Scholar for Peace and Conflict Resolution at the Rotary Peace Center,  Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. For three years, she coached Rotary Peace Fellows from 25 countries on leadership and change-making at the Rotary Peace Center, Thailand, and regularly lectures at Red Deer Polytechnic.

Having travelled in more than 30 countries and in her social entrepreneurship work in 15 developing societies, the 18 years of experience and lessons learned are now accessible through her commercially published book: "Provocateurs not Philanthropists: Turning Good Intentions into Global Impact (Changemakers Books: 2022). This book will equip leaders, organizations and workplaces, with practical lessons in leadership, strategic mindset, engaging communities and legacy-building for sustainable social transformation they could use right away.

She was featured on Authority Magazine, Medium. Chicago Tribune, Ignite Magazine, Red Deer Advocate, Rotary Voices, and the World Fair Trade Organization Global Podcast. She was a speaker at the summits and expert-led programs of Mines Paris Executive Education Program-UK, Canadian Society of Association Executives, UNESCO Diversity Futures, Alberta Social Innovation Connect, Manchester Metropolitan University, Burman University School of Business, Prairie College Intercultural Studies, IDRAC Business School-Lyon, Juris North UK, King's University School of Business, the University of Liberal Arts, Bangladesh and many more.
