Megan Wykes

Biography

Toronto-born writer/poet Megan Wykes (formerly Mueller) worked as a senior editor at Oxford University Press and Harcourt Brace for many years, and wrote freelance, including a stint at ARTNews magazine (New York). Her writing has also appeared in numerous Canadian arts and literary journals, including the Hamilton Arts & Letters Magazine, paperplates, Qwerty, Geist, The Antigonish Review, The Dalhousie Review, The Nashwaak Review, Misunderstandings Magazine, The Maynard Magazine, The Toronto Quarterly and The Frequent & Vigorous Quarterly.

Megan's published books include the poetry volume, Colour Theory published by Guernica Editions (2016); the novel Back to the Garden published by At Bay Press (2023); the novel Sunshine accepted for publication by At Bay Press (2024); and the poetry volume Gather Strength Sister Citizen (pending).
