
Pauline Michel is a passionate and multifaceted artist—poet, novelist, screenwriter, short story writer, playwright, and singer-songwriter. Her creative realm pulses with vivid imagery and deep sensitivity. Her body of work includes over 20 novels, poetry collections, short stories, theater, children’s tales and educational books, as well as documentaries, television series, and songs. Her art transcends borders, with numerous works translated into several languages, alongside poetic and musical tours in France, Canada, and Africa. Featured in nearly 30 anthologies and collections across Quebec and Europe, her writing continues to resonate worldwide. Her talent and contributions to literature have earned her prestigious accolades, including one from the Canadian Embassy in Paris. She was also the first woman appointed Official Poet of the Canadian Parliament.
