Shawna Diane Partridge was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. She now resides in Sudbury, Ontario, where she is an English professor. Her first book, Rule of Seconds, was published in 2016, by Latitude 46 Publishing and shortlisted for the Northern Lit Award: Fiction (2017). She holds a M.A. in English Language and Literature from Queen’s University and a M.A. in Creative Writing from University of Windsor. Shawna has worked as Managing Editor of Rampike literary magazine and Editorial Assistant for the Windsor Review: An International Journal of Life, Literature and Art.
