Biography

After a long career as a customer experience and digital marketing pioneer, Tema Frank now lives her dream of writing historical fiction. Her novel-in-progress, Red Rulesis a sweeping coming-of-age story that follows a youthful idealist in revolutionary Russia and immigrant New York between 1905 – 1920. She's the author of two best-selling business books, PeopleShock: The Path To Profits When Customers Rule (2016and Canada’s Best Employers for Women: A guide for job-hunters, employees, and employers (1994), and many freelance articles. Tema, whose name rhymes with Emma, is a highly rated global speaker. Her presentations have delighted audiences and event organizers in Canada, the USA, France, South Africa, Kuwait, Peru and Mexico.
