Susan Glickman was raised in Montreal and studied and travelled in Europe, Asia, and North America before settling in Toronto where she lives with glass artist Toan Klein and raised their two children, Jesse and Rachel. She has always been involved with books, working at a bookstore, in publishing, as an English professor at U of T, and as a creative writing instructor at U of T and Ryerson. These days, Susan  works as a freelance editor and is learning to paint.
