Rita Donovan

Biography
Born in Montreal, Rita Donovan completed an undergraduate degree at Concordia University (Loyola) in Montreal, and a Master's degree at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. She has lived in Montreal, Kitchener, Edmonton, Ottawa, and Germany. She has also taught writing courses and seminars (as well as internet writing courses) in Ottawa, the Ottawa Valley, Montreal and Edmonton. She was co-editor of Arc magazine, with John Barton, for many years. Author of nine books of fiction and non-fiction, and winner of writing awards, she is currently writing a novel.
