Carol Windley lives in Nanaimo on Vancouver Island. She is the author of the short story collections Visible Light, shortlisted for a Governor General's Award and a B.C. Book Prize, and Home Schooling, short-listed for the Giller Prize and winner of the Ethel Wilson Award for Fiction. Her novel, Midnight Train to Prague was short-listed for the 2021 Vine Award. Her short fiction and poetry has appeared in anthologies and in literary journals.
