Kerry M. Abel

Biography

Kerry Abel is a writer and editor of historical non-fiction who taught several varieties of history at Carleton University from 1988 to her retirement.  She now writes for general readers.  As a child of the Boreal forest, her interests have included Canadian northern and Indigenous history with a particular focus on culture, community, and identity.
