Niloufar-Lily Soltani

Biography
Niloufar-Lily (Lily) Soltani is the author of Zulaikha (2023), a literary novel praised for its blend of psychological suspense and family mystery, exploring race, class, and gender. A graduate of the Humber School for Writers, Lily’s poetry and translations have appeared in several literary journals. Lily was the Second Runner-Up Winner of the 2025 Raven Short Story Contest. She lives in Vancouver, BC, where she also works in the power and energy sector.
