
Nan Forler is a children’s author from Southwestern Ontario. With years of experience in education and a passion for literacy, Nan loves to engage and connect with young readers at schools and events. She is an active supporter of programs that encourage equal opportunities for literacy, such as First Book Canada, ReadableFest, and Storytime Trail for the One World Schoolhouse Foundation. Her work has earned starred reviews and numerous awards, including the Nautilus Silver Medallion and The Lion and the Unicorn Award for Excellence in North American Poetry Honor Book. Nan lives in a house overflowing with music and books, with her musician husband, her two children, and a yorkie-poo named Alice.
