K. M. McKenzie writes Speculative Fiction, including The Civilization (2024), her debut African-inspired young adult fantasy. Her speculative short fiction appeared in Cosmic Horror.net, Scare Street, Strange Economics, and other publications. She also writes contemporary and coming-of-age stories (published under Kebra McKenzie).
