Write On Bowen 2023 — a Festival of Writers and Readers on Bowen Island — will be held September 16 and 17 on Bowen Island. The festival, sponsored by the Bowen Island Public Library and the Hearth, Arts on Bowen, will once again be presenting eight workshops over two days, plus special events.
