Heather Browne's short story "Black Snow Blade" appears in grain, the journal of eclectic writing, Summer issue, volume 52.4. 

This work features major characters from her novel. She pitched The Broken Tooth at a recent WFNB AGM in Fredericton, NB in June. Her synopsis  featured a creative and performative presentation to a receptive audience and four publishers.
