Christina Myers is a former journalist, a freelance writer and editor, and author of both fiction and non-fiction. She has published two books and been the creator/editor of two anthologies; her next novel is forthcoming. She is an instructor in creative writing at Simon Fraser University's continuing studies department. Her work has garnered a number of awards over the years, including two Canadian Book Club Award wins and a longlist nomination for the Leacock Medal. She was the 2023 Ambassador for the Federation of BC Writers, lives just outside Vancouver on the west coast of Canada, and is a member of Da'naxda'xw First Nation. She is represented by Meg Wheeler of Westwood Creative Artists.
Available for a variety of workshop topics on craft and practise of writing both creative non-fiction and fiction, as well as panel events (moderator or participant) and author readings.
