Nina Trifan

Biography

Nina Trifan is a Canadian author whose novel, “The Country That Lives Within Me”, was translated into Romanian (Tara care traieste in mine) and published in both languages by Univers Publishing House (Editura Univers). 

Marketer by day and writer by night, Nina has a diverse background in creative writing including the Romanian translation of The Illustrated Man (Ray Bradbury).  She holds two Bachelor's degrees from the University of Bucharest in Romanian and English Linguistics & Literature, as well as Communications & Public Relations. She also completed the Romanian-Canadian ROCA Executive MBA Program. In Canada, she obtained a Certificate in Advanced Marketing from the Canadian Marketing Association (CMA), and a Creative Writing Certificate from the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies (SCS). Nina is fascinated by words, flamenco, and white-sand beaches. She lives in Toronto with her husband and son.
