Sheila E. Tucker is an author, poet, editor and illustrator. She studied English at the University of Toronto, and worked as a proofreader/graphic designer for an international firm for many years. Her most recent published works are full-colour children's books, On A Higher Hill: A Christmas Journey (2021), and In A Desert: A Sukkot Journey (2023), under the pseudonym S.E. Tee. Both consist of poetic adventures of a child, as well as a "letter" page in the front and puzzle pages at the end.
In her 2019 memoir, Rag Dolls and Rage, Sheila recounted her childhood during the social revolution of Sixties Britain and shares the conversations she had years later with her psychotherapist as they sorted through her tumultuous younger years, all vivid events that are in turn happy, painful, funny and poignant. Rag Dolls and Rage is a memoir about hope, healing and resilience. Sign up for Sheila's free bi-annual newsletter at setucker@ragdollsandrage.com.
